7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide regular maintenance windows and will notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

RedBrick's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RedBrick against any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend accounts immediately for terms violations. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data.

11. Modifications

We may modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in English courts.
